The three day convention that was held in New Orleans  would brim with key note speakers as well as multiple daily seminars and expo halls. The solution to creating a memorable experience for more than 10K attendees was to generate a captivating opening theme, and translating the brand through signage and IRL experiences for visual reinforcement, and to serve as a reminder as to why they initially chose to partake in the event amongst their peers as product consultants.

The prime objective for the convention’s mobile app was to enhance R+F physical events with a digital, mobile-first and user-centric experience to help product consultants maximize their onsite integration with the venue. The solution to designing the interface and its experience was minimizing user confusion at all stages and to be intuitive across all demographics in their level of tech expertise.

With the next location of the convention being hosted in culture-heavy Nashville, the music-influenced structure held as a preliminary inspiration for the concept and how it would be applied throughout the venue and its components.
